Rosemary
There are many other uses for rosemary than just for cooking. Made into a tea, it helps relieve fatigue and headaches. The tea also helps with colds, infuenza, rheumatic pains and indigestion.
Soak a pad into a hot infusion and use for sprains. Alternate two to three minutes of the hot compress with two to three minutes of applying an ice pack to the injury.
Rosemary is also great for dandruff, just use the infusion as a final rinse.
