Since I am such a big fan of tea, I wondered what Basil would be useful for as such.
Since Basil is a member of the mint family, it is useful in tea form for digestive problems and anti-gas.
Basil tea is also used for stomach cramps, vomiting, constipation, headaches and anxiety.
