Mint
Heres another well known herb that just about anyone has heard about. It smells good and is soothing on a cold winter night.
Tea:
If you are on a long trip and suddenly get car sick, mint is the thing to take if you would rather not take medication for it. Most know mint helps with indigestion, but did you know it also helps with flatuance.
Use on babies with colic (but of course dilute 1 part tea to 3 parts water).
Soak a wash cloth in the infusion to cool inflamed joints or rheumatism.
As an inhalation put a few fresh leaves into boiling water and inhale for nasal congestion. (I do this as i drink the tea)
This definently another safe wonderful herb to have in an herbal first aid kit.
