I know, I know, this isnt an herb. But I thought it would be useful to add some wonderful treatments in here that anyone can make just by raiding their refridgerator.

 

Banana Face Mask

 

1 small Banana

2 tbsp. fresh heavy cream

1 tbsp. organic honey

1 tbsp oat flour ( or you can grind the oats finely)

 

Mash ingredients together until the consistancy of yogurt. Apply to face. Leave on 30 minutes, rinse and dry.

 

This mask is great for dry and aging skin. Use 3 times a week. Make as needed, stores for only about 6 hours in refridgerator.
