Can anyone tell me the name of my plant??? I have seen them gorw over 3 feet tall, and they are a member of the cactus family I think. They have little seed plants that form on the edges of the leaves and then drop off to take root and grow new plants. Some forming on the leaves may be visible in the pic. They cannot handle very cold weather. My original plant had some buds on it that were about to open, but a quick cold snap chilled the plant before it bloomed, so I don't know what the flowers look like I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me the name of the plant. Thanks, Hal |

Well I tried to post a pic with the message but it didn't post. I can send pics, or maybe someone can tell me how to post one. Maybe this one will work. Thanks, Hal |

Your plant doesnt seem to be a cacti, but a succulent. I went in search of this plant as i suspected it might be an Agave plant, or possibly of the Aloe family. I couldnt really tell what the name of your plant is but hope this may help send you in the right direction. Blessings Nesting Here are a few pics to help get you started on finding out the name of your plant: |

Thanks for trying Falcon. It's close, but not close enuf I thought cacti were succulents - shows how much I know about plants It grows tall and leafy, and while I don't know of anyone other than me having done it, the leaves can be juiced and it tastes a lot like spinach juice - yuk!!! Thanks, Hal |

Thanks Blowymist, Mother of Plenty is more of a name than I've heard in the past, and will give me a name to put on em when I try to sell some at a yard sale I don't know what u did to get your to bloom, but if u live far enuf south and let em stay outdoors in the sun they will bloom at the year's end if they don't freeze 1st. Dear Managers of Misty Visions
I have recently gotten married and changed my name. I have also changed email address out of neccessity. My sign in name is now only1RubyThorn.
As a previous member,I was under the name RubyThorn with the email address tinamarielandry @hotmail.com but I have phased out this address.
I would like to rejoin the group, as I think I have emailed you before, I may not have had a nickname at the time. So now when I go to the screen to enter, it asks me to join again and when I do it tells me that my email address is already on file.
I would be very grateful to have my file sorted out and be let back into the group. I miss the chats and messages.
Love and light, Tina Marie
