As a SIGNIFICATOR (for focusing on your question) I used Pluto, the planet that rules Scorpio.  In the Tarot, the Death Key represents Scorpio, and I thought that might set the wrong tone.  The Key for the Ruler (Pluto) shows a process in which the 'new child' is being released from the 'coffins of the past'.  In short: as a native of Scorpio, you really SEE and understand the energies that flow in the Universe.  And for this reason you can create whatever LIFE wants done.  You really SEE and Understand the Will of the Universe (the One Self, God, Her, or whatever name you prefer). 

 

Having said that: the following reading is a very positive response to your question.

 

PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE.  

 

The card of the PAST was the ACE OF WANDS.  This is a promise of great success because you have learned to attune yourself to the potentials that are available in the universe.  As a native of Scorpio, you really see and understand these energies.

 

The card of the PRESENT was Key 21, THE WORLD.   You know how to focus your Intensity and, as the Tarot shows, knowing how to direct your life - even how to apply the brakes when necessary.  This Key represents COMPLETE SUCCESS!  so it points to a successful outcome to your Query.  Further, in your chart, Saturn is one of two major focal points for your planets.  The other major focal point, in your chart, is Jupiter -- a planet which comes up later in your reading.

 

So -- two focal points in your chart are: your ability to focus energy and obtain results; and -- expansion, generosity and compassion (so LIFE loves you).

 

The card of the FUTURE.   This was the Three of Coins.  Coins represents the manifested or tangible results, and the number Three points directly to the DIVNE MOTHER PRINCIPLE in Life.  This Key also points directly to the planetary Powers, which would be your MOON and she governs reproduction.  So the conditions are certainly favorable, but some preparation is required.  This card advises that you use your Contemplative Techniques.

 

THE FORCRES BEING BALANCED

 

These two cards (and the card of the future) are all Wands.  So we are looking at the archetypal energies in/of the universe here.  Just exactly what Scorpio natives are so good at determining.

 

FOUR OF WANDS. This card points to Compassion and to Beneficence, which is the sphere of JUPITER in your life.  I therefore selected Key 10, the World, to illustrate the Planetary power involved.  Jupiter, as this card shows, is the promise of Success, because by number (four) it combines the powers of Mars with those of Jupiter.  This combination represents your earnest and positive desire.  Further, it also combines (in Wands) the Powers of the Sun and the Moon.  (And in terms of dates - the IV Wands applies to late April.)

 

TEN OF WANDS.  This is the other Power involved, and (in the Tarot) it applies to The Principle of Manifestation. Ten a Power that belongs to Life.  So your part in the process is to be sure you hold these points of Light (your wishes) in Concentration, until they are made Manifest. 

 

THE POWER OR PRINCIPLE OVERALL

 

NINE OF WANTS.  Again, this is the Moon principle, the Divine Mother at Work.  She is, of course, also the reproductive principle.  So -- if you do your part, how can you lose?
