Please take a look at your chart. My computer has no way of knowing if Daylight Time was in effect (and neither did I), but this is the pattern I got for 10:00 AM. This entire pattern would not change appreciably if the TIME were changed by one hour. Only the houses would change.
The second illustration shows a pattern that seems to be a bucket, with the Moon (the only planet) outside the hemisphere containing the others, then acting as the handle or focal point of your chart.
As you can see, the planets that also form a T-square (red) would still stay in orb. So we can assume this T-square and the Sun-Neptune trine (blue) more or less define your psychic and spiritual inclinations. The T-square, of course, suggests a personality type, which will continually attract challenges! Life, of course, is perfect - and what better way to grow?
What follows is a Chaldean interpretation, based on the decanate of your Sun (the third) and the Fire Tree. This Tree is the same as the Tree found in the Garden of Eden, and the Upside-Down Fig Tree of Ancient Eastern Yore. The Fire Tree is the world of Archetypal forms, the originating energies of the Universe. In the Western systems, this phase (Fire) is the Eastern Gate. (I have heard that some Eastern systems call it the South Gate; well, by any name it is the FIRST GATE by which one enters the Temple or Mandala).
With your Sun at 29 degrees, we could (I suppose) place you in Virgo. But THIS (and absolutely) did not ring true to me. (But then, what do I know)?
A Chaldean Analysis
Seferah Seven represents both Victory and the Desire Nature. It resides at the level of human personality, but does not originate there. The Cabalists would say that every human desire is an outward expression of energies coming from Above. Translated into terms a Vedantist might understand, our desires could be called 'The Promises of God'. At any rate, these desires (as the Upanishads inform us) are the horses that pull our personal vehicle (the Chariot).
Coming from above they are pure, and it is we who tend to mess them up.
Seven, then, represents a triangle (the One, the Father and the Mother) supported by a square (the four elements or phases of manifestation). Your Karmic task this lifetime, then, is to 'melt down' (an alchemical term) by 'fiery analysis', your own desire nature In other words: find what is Eternal behind your own desires. And since this Seferah is called Victory by the Cabalists, it would see your success is assured (or at least highly probable).
And what is the measure of success? That each of us, in this lifetime, becomes masters of our Karma (including the records or samskaras we inherit from past lifetimes).
Rulers of Third Decanate
If you count Leo as the first decanate, and Sagittarius as the second, then Aries is the third decanate for Leo. So the sub-ruler of your decanate is Mars. Mars initiates but it also exercises Reason. And - the stage that follows this is to turn our definitions and order into Vivid Images. And this latter, in Chaldean astrology, is the work of Venus.
In short: YOU create the seed ideas and leave it to Venus to create the appropriate images. Naturally, if you assume that driving a new BMW will solve all your problems, Venus will then create the images that will result in a manifestation of your conclusion. But, since you are focused on the Spiritual Trip, I assume your conclusions concerning what is Real and Eternal in this world, and what is transitory, will have no problem in assigning BMWs to a different place in the order of things.
Since you have a stellium of planets in Libra, which is ruled by Venus, it would seem you succeeded in picking a good moment for your birth this lifetime. Both Venus and Saturn are actually IN Libra, in your natal chart. And Saturn is exalted in Libra!
Also, being a fixed sign, you WILL work on your T-square with all diligence, and learn the many lessons your own nature will bring to you (lol)
Mythology, I am told, always hints at a secret relationship between Mars and Venus. And, somehow, there is always a definite objective in Mars (co-ruler of your decanate) which sets it to chasing Venus (in Libra). Quoting an old book - this is:
'To overcome every appearance of evil, to vanquish every form of disease, lack of harmony, and deprivation'.
The weapon the One Power uses, of course, is LOVE - and after looking at your chart - with a stellium in Libra (Love in all relationships), I do not see how you can miss: Venus is quintile to Mars. This 72-degree relationship is one-fifth of 360 degrees, so it defines one leg of the mystical Pentagram, which is the medallion representing Man (male and female).
Venus is conjunct Saturn, which (in the Cabala) represents final and complete Liberation (Moksha -- through the principle of focus and limitation). It is also a mark of the poet and artist.
Venus is conjunct Jupiter, the Lord of Good fortune, which assures that your generous love and optimism will attract the support of others and the protection of Life itself.
(And Mars isboth trine Uranus and square Pluto - but words fail me ... lol)!
Finally, the number Seven tells us you are working on becoming an Adept (whatever that word means to you). You probably understand that in meditation 'holding the thought' is the power behind the necessary transformations of your personality. And, your work on Seferah Seven (for this lifetime) now becomes crystal clear. (or so it seems to me).
