I am sorry about the long delay, but asI said I have been rather sick and am, just now, feeling well enough to tackle your reading request.  

 

Due to a few uncertainties about the exact birth time, I thought it best to erect Solar Charts for you and your friend.  The chart comparison, then, as erected by my computer, relates his planets to your Solar Houses.  By using Solar charts we are not sure of the rising signs nor the positions of your two moons.  But, and this never fails to amaze me, there is always an amazing amount of information in ANY chart.  So, we have enough to answer all of your questions -- asked or unasked.

 

For example, there are a large number of 'contacts' between the planets in his chart and yours, which tells us this is an interesting and exciting relationship.  The so called Compatiblity Index is not high, 1.5 to 1.0, which says you will both have to work on your relationship; but it will never be boring.  I should explain that the Compatiblity Index is only a computer evaluation, and -- as we shall see, there are a large number of fascinating facts of which the computer seems to be unaware.   

 

First, although we are uncertain of the exact position of your Moon, it would probably remain in Sagittarius, which is his Sun sign.  In other words, your Moon -- which represents the Female, Connectedness and Domesticity, is a perfect reflection of his Maleness.  Thus the most fundamental Male/Female relationship between two charts seems fulfilled in your relationship.  More specifically, you understand his basic stand on love, on freedom and on honesty.  I mention these because they are the concerns of all Sagittarian traits.  In short, at times, you probably understand him better than he understands himself.  

Secondly, you are a very strong woman.  Not only is your Sun in Scorpio, probably the most powerful sign in the Zodiac, it is ruled by two poweful plaents, Pluto and Mars.  This makes you an intensely emotional woman, driven by strong desires.  From the chart of your aspects (posted first, above), you also have a stellium of four planets in the first house of self, a very strong concentration of Power. 

 

Further, the pattern of your chart is a Bundle, with all of your planets concentrated within (roughly) 120 degrees.  This represents the type of person who 'puts all their eggs in one basket'.  So, once you have set out on some course of action, it would be hard to stop you.  I think that your friend's idealism and strong principles can really serve you here.  Your Venus, the planet of Love, is in Sagittarius, which marks you as a woman capable of the highest spiritual love - a love which embraces and understands all people and all situations.  And since his Sun in Sagittarius is conjunct to your Venus in the same sign, your romance can develop a deep and tender resonance.  For one thing, this relationship can, in time, mellow the intensely jealous and possessive side of Scorpio.  Here is a connection that shows promise of real growth.

 

The question still arises here: can a person (Him) with their sun in a mutable sign (Sagittarius), survive in a relationship with a fixed sign (Scorpio)?  I think the answer is 'Yes!'  (In fact, all signs are compatible if one really wishes to WORK at the relationship)!  So now we will look at his chart for more answers.

The pattern of his chart is a Bucket,

 

with all of the planets in one hemisphere, and the singleton, then, acting as the focus or handle on all the rest.  We note immediately that the planet Mars -- which happens to rule Scorpio, acts as the handle of his chart.  This makes it the most important planet, so -- without question, he is a very strong person.  Then we note that this Mars is Trine (a most harmonious aspect) to both Pluto and Uranus!  Pluto happen to be the co-ruler of Scorpio and Uranus is exalted in Scorpio.  Clearly, he both understands what drives you and shares a great deal of that Scropio Power. 

 

The trine to Pluto adds great Will and determination, and the power to see beneath the surface.  He has the Scorpio gift of regeneration.  The trine to Uranus gives him great originality and imagination and the ability to act independently.     

   

But his Mars is also square to his sun  --a challenging aspect.  It tells us that he has great courage and willpower, and plenty of self-confidence.  And he can burn energy for exended periods of time and still have a reserve.  But,. unfortunately, he does not understand himself, and when that happens he can get frustrated, and act on impulse.  And here YOU can help him, because you can show him how to develop focus and patience.   (I can't believe I am saying this to a Scorpio, but it is true).

 

Further, his Mars is opposite Neptune which means he has great psychic energy; he might even be a healer, BUT this contact is too strong and he does NOT always understand his spritual impulses or the messages that come to him.  In short, he may  confuse these with other things.  Here is another area where you can help him, because with your Moon and your Venus both in Sagittarius, you see (and very clearly) the spritual side of life. 

 

Finally, his Venus is in Capricorn, and this location is one I would prefer not to describe.  Like Capricorn Sun signs, the delicacies of Love is something it takes years for them to learn.  Capricorn native may hate me for saying this, but some Capricorns do not become great lovers until after their THIRD Saturn return.  (lol)

 

 

The Karmic ties are really too many to list.  You two were unquestionably siblings in some past life, as well as being husband and wife (or wife and husband).  The point os: you have worked well together in many past lives, and -- well, here you are again!

 

There are definite challenges in your relationship, but I think this present configuration is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for learning one important lesson: DON'T TAKE YOURSELVES SO SERIOUSLY!  This might even be your spiritual goal for this lifetime.  And in this process you both will both learn about a new depth to life; you will open for yourselves and for each other new horizons of experience.  And, by bouncing off each other, then making up and helping each other, it should be continuing a blast!

You are absolutely right about so much...even the assumption that he is a "healer"...he is, indeed, a physician and is incredibly dedicated to this vocation.
