The male who is jealous is someone who will crop up in the coming months and you may not be aware of for some time. Do not fret over it. When you are seeking financial advise...there will be a woman who has the best input. File it away for future reference and let it go.
As for the move...I was seeing it as an OPPORTUNITY...perhaps that house closer to the water will come up. It did not feel that it would come because of a stressful event in your life...more like things are going well and then BAM when you're not thinking about it, the house that you want will manifest. Just don't miss the opportunity. Don't go looking for it but also don't overlook it lol.
Spirit is being deliberately vague here so I'm getting that when you lease expect it something wonderful will open up with a move in option.
I am so happy for you. Continue to do the things that are working and note how the flow of money is the same as the flow of energy in and out of your life and how the more that you give, the more returns to you!
