To begin please place both feet on the floor(barefoot if you can)

blow that candle out, and wait for the next color.

Gaze directly at the white candle.. see nothing but the white

candle

See the white light filling the room

bring the white light

~Light the Purple candle~ and blow out the white one

See nothing but the purple candle.

Let purple light fill the room.

say to yourself ~I release old habits.~ (4 times) as

you bring the purple light closer to yourself until you

feel it is within you. Allowing you to release old habits.

Breathe in deeply and let it out slowly

~Light the Blue candle~ and blow out the purple one

See nothing but the blue candle.

Let the blue light fill the room.

Say to yourself ~ I will express myself fully and truthfully~(4)

as you bring the blue light closer to yourself until you

~Light the Green candle~ and blow out the blue one

See nothing but the green candle

let the green light fill the room

Say to yourself ~ I love myself ~(4) as you bring the green

light closer to yourself until you feel it is within you.

~Light the Orange Candle~ and blow out the yellow one

See nothing but the orange candle

Let the orange light fill the room

Say to yourself ~ I am a creative being ~(4) as you bring the

orange light closer to yourself until you feel it is within you.

With the white candle relight all the candles using the white candle.

Feel the colors mingling and working together to make you whole.
