Visualize yourself standing at a beautiful pool within a forest. We'll call this the Pool of Oneness.

It is gentle, serene, and calming here. Breath slowly and evenly, centering yourself. It is a place of absolute Harmony and Balance.

Many trees surround the pool. They seem friendly and familiar, and somehow they convey to you that you are welcome here. You wade slowly into the warm pool until you are standing in the middle. About waist deep.

Breathe. Breathe in gentleness, and feel the waters surrounding you echoing this gentle energy. Allow any tensions within you to be released on your out breath, and notice them ripple outward from you into the pool.

Feel your heartbeat as you stand within this Pool of Oneness. Notice how you begin to feel a rippling within yourself as if all the waters within you mirror this outside Pool of Oneness. The majority of our bodies is water, and so this does not seem odd to you. Feel your heartbeat rippling within the waters I Am. See this rippling energy flowing down your body. Feel your toes upon the soft mud and small pebbles within the pool.

Suddenly you feel a pulsing sensation upon your feet. The mud caressing your bare toes begins to pulse softly. You feel the gentle Presence of the Beloved Mother Earth's heartbeat. Focus on the heartbeat of the Mother a few moments, and allow your own heartbeat to match Hers. Feel Her Love pulsing within and without you, rippling into the Pool.

This Mother energy is strong, yet delicate. It is the essence of gentle intensity. Notice as you breathe how you can take in as much or as little of this loving Earth energy as you desire. It is not uncomfortable, but welcoming. Allow any tensions to dissolve into the Pool as you breath in this loving energy. You sense your connection with Her, and realize that your own heartbeat feels exactly like Hers. There is no difference.

You feel this heartbeat strongly pulsing within you, to the core of you now. Standing within this Pool of Oneness, take a look around you. See the many trees surrounding the pool. This pulse of Love ripples outward from you in gentle rings, lapping at the shores.

Your toe wiggles and touches the root of a tree. The root of a great and tall Pine has reached out to you, desiring to feel the Oneness with you. You look about the many trees surrounding the pool, and recognize a familiarity. They represent many soul families and aspects of the Oneness. Maples, Aspen, Pine, Oak, Pinon…the varieties, shapes, and sizes go on infinitum.

You begin to feel the pulse of the trees roots vibrating through the molecules of water. You feel the life force within the trees, and understand they are echoing the gentle love energy within you. You begin to sense the individual natures and personalities of each tree. Take a few moments to share this loving energy with them, breathing together as One.

A particular tree then calls your attention. The tree opens itself so that you see it's golden core, see where the sap runs. This tree holds the memories of your soul family, and many hands lovingly reach out for you, wishing to tell you a story. Suddenly you see yourself in relation to this tree, and you see that you are but a tiny spark of golden light, like a firefly. Helplessly, you fly into the golden chamber of the tree, laughing as you go.

The many hands dissolve and meld into Oneness as you merge into the tree and begin traveling down into the long rooted chambered halls. Down down into the Mother Earth, laughing as you go. Your spirit is soothed. All your tensions are dissolved and stresses vanish into the nothingness they really are. The Golden Oneness of the tree mirrors the Golden Oneness you are, and the Golden Central Core of the Beloved Mother Earth. Your soul family may share images and gifts with you. Take a few moments to listen to your rememberings.

You find yourself moving through the great roots and re-entering the Pool of Oneness. Your heart is now expanded and becomes your Heart. The Love energy flowing through you creates stronger ripples now. As you stand there in the Pool, you understand that everything you do is an echo, touching many. Every thought, feeling, and action has been carried out into these feeling tones and rippled into the Pool of Oneness.

Take a moment to reflect on the many people doing this meditation, rippling Loving Oneness into the Pool. Ripple Gratitude into the Pool from your soul Heart. You have only to imagine BE-ing here, and you can return, at any time. To drink often and deeply.

As you leave the Pool and enter the shore, you see in the sands something to keep, and something to give away. You toss your giveaway into the Pool, trusting it will be transformed and transmuted into Loving Balance. You place your gift in your pocket, so you will always re-member that you are One.
