Communication with Spirit

To communicate with Spirit we need to raise our conscious vibration. This sounds impressive but it just means we become conscious of our Spiritual Self. As previously stated, each of our eight main entities of Self has their own vibration.

It is important to cover these again.

The following are in order of their vibration from Red to Violet.

Spiritual –Violet vibration �?All understanding. This is a non-conditional loving entity. It is always understanding and always forgiving. It understands the greater picture of life. (Crown Chakra) This is the part of you which you will need to be conscious of when communicating with Spirits.

Spirit Guide �?Indigo vibration �?Conscience of Spiritual rights and wrongs. Spirit Guide is always giving, caring, compassionate, supportive, content, peaceful, non violent and non sexual. Female- Yin. (Third Eye Chakra) This part is also important for communication with Spirits. It is sometimes known as the “Psychic Eye�?and with good reason. It senses electromagnetic energy. Doctors teach that a hormonal gland in this part of our brain lies in the area of the third eye’s location and it senses light and dark. I teach that this area of the brain does much more. Firstly that the hormonal gland senses the whole of the colour spectrum and secondly that this part of the brain gives us compassion. In animals, this area of the brain is smaller. Damage to this area of the brain has been shown in violent criminals �?some so violent that they have murdered and even eaten their human victims. It is said that it’s our compassion which makes us human.

Intellectual - Blue vibration �?This part like our body is an earth entity. It analyses our surroundings, using mainly our limited five senses and so leads to our limited perception of the world. It is programmable by everything and everyone around us. This leads to our beliefs. Represented by the colour blue, it is our voice and our logical thinking process. (Throat Chakra) This part is our inner scientist. Our Earth Guide uses this part to analyse our earthly surroundings and respond to threats. When attacked, our intellectual part responds by heightening our senses. Our Earth Guide responds by running or fighting. It is willing to kill. When you communicate with Spirit, you need to become less conscious of the intellect. This may mean shutting your eyes, not listening out for little sounds - an overall reduction in awareness of earthly surroundings.

Higher Self �?Pink vibration. All knowing. This entity is a vibrating energy that passes through us. It is all knowing because it is everywhere. It is the air we breathe and the water we drink. (A small pink Chakra by the heart) This Chakra is less talked about but still important to remember.

Emotional �?Green vibration �?This is our feeling aspect. It is fun loving and creative. It is also programmable. It is represented by the colour green. It feels sadness, anger, guilt and fear. (Heart Chakra) This part wants love. It works with the Spirit Guide to find happiness but can often be in dispute with the intellect.

Source- White vibration �?This is sometimes called the God-light. It is the centre of our being that creates us. It is creation. It is all the colours mixed into one as represented by the colour white. (Yellow Chakra) The energy centre is yellow but the centre of our source is where the white light creates our very being. By visualizing the white light entering our body, we give ourselves the power to send this energy forward with the intent of healing. We can send this energy as white light, (all the colours together) or each colour separately. We can use our Spirit Guide to feel what colour we should send to any given person. To use your intellect to tell you what colour to use means you must have an intellectual understanding of colour healing. The Yellow Charka gives us strength.

Earth Guide �?Orange vibration �?Earth Guide is your survival instinct - an important aspect. This is your sexual entity, it wants to breed and spread. It creates survival of the fittest. It will kill and protect. It wants boundaries for safety. It is an important part in the working of our immune system response. When out of control it will murder and rape. Out of control, it is greed. It is yang �?male. The Earth Guide entity is also known as The Dark Side, Demon and “Your little Devil�? Its representative vibration is orange. (Orange Chakra) Our Earth Guide is a very misunderstood aspect of Self. Its main aim is for our survival on Earth. If out of control it is can be pure evil. Your survival comes first. It will protect family and friends. It protects those around you whom it considers give you added protection. It protects your children to ensure survival of the human race. It wants for you what you perceive you most need to survive - money, sex, power, relationships etc.

Body -Red vibration - Our body is the physical self, created from matter. “Matter�?vibration is represented by the colour red. It is the visible part of self (Base Chakra)

To become conscious of our higher vibration, we need to become more conscious of our Spirit and Spirit Guide, our violet and indigo Chakra coloured centres. We start by doing a “Opening�?and “Protection�?visualization. It is important that we open and try to balance all of our Chakra centres. Once you are “open and protected�?then the next step is to search for communication.

 

Visualization, Entering The Light

Relax and visualize a large, pure, bright white spiralling and swirling cone of light like a whirlwind. See and feel yourself being pulled into the top of this white whirlwind and moving down through its centre. (Allow yourself time to move though the tunnel of light). This is a beautiful bright white and loving cone of light. Feel your Spirit separate from your body and let your Spirit move deeper down into the tunnel of pure energy. As you reach the centre, see yourself standing in a totally white cloud. Stay relaxed and calm.

Look into the cloud and allow you mind to search for entities. Feel them and see them. Ask to talk with them. Feel, hear and sense their replies. (Write down the things that you feel, sense or hear) Walk around and note what you see. Note what you hear. Somewhere within this cloud you will see a door. (Allow up to 20 minutes in the cloud before moving to the door) Visualize your door. Open your door and walk into a garden. Walk around your garden looking out for a river and a tree. (Stay here in your garden for a while; note its condition and how you feel) When you are ready, walk back through your door; back through the cloud of whiteness and back into the tunnel of energy. Feel yourself flowing out and into your body and when you are there “Close Down�?nbsp;

 

Giving readings to others

The next step is learning to communicate with Spirit in the form of a Reading. Practice of all the Visualizations and Prayers are important to develop this ability. You will then start developing the Art of Psychic and Mediumship skills. This skill is the ability to think Spirit and connect in seconds; to give off information by Clairvoyance which is the ability to see and/or directly perceive images and Spirits. Clairsentience is the ability to sense our inner emotions and/or vibrations; inner physical sensations of specific events; inner places and circumstances. Clairaudience is the ability to hear sounds and voices inwardly.

We must now take a closer look at what communication with Spirit entails.

Clairvoyance is our ability to see or directly perceive images of Spirits. This may be in a shadow form; a bright light; a human form that you can see through, or a completely white image. You would see these images with your eyes.

Clairsentience is our ability to sense inner emotions and vibrations; physical sensations of specific events, places and circumstances. We sense these as we sense the sun, wind or the cold on our skin or the cold. It is as if we sense someone watching us; or we sense someone doesn’t like us. Clairsentience is a feeling. It is the most common form of Spirit communication.

I also feel that this is much more of a common form of communication on Earth than we give it credit for.

Clairaudience is our ability to hear sounds and voices inwardly. Sometimes the sound or voice is so loud it can make you jump, or so clear you think it was from a “living�?person. It is normally an inward noise, sound or voice. Sometimes the sound is heard by everyone in the room and sometimes record-able. Sometimes it is not heard but can still be recorded on a sensitive tape. It can be similar to hearing people say things before they speak.

Before you give readings it maybe advisable to do the protection visualization.

Ask (pray) for the cloak of protection. Visualize your golden shield surrounding your body and reflecting off all negative energies and negative thoughts. Feel safe and protected. (In your mind say)�?I call upon Spirit to protect me, to bring healing to myself and to all those here present. I request that any healing energy in excess be taken to those who need it. I ask for understanding and forgiveness for others and by others that I have hurt; I ask for forgiveness for myself. I call for healing, peace and love to the World. I heal with the light. I ask for protection by the light. I am the light. I am love. Thank you.�?/P>

(The prayer above is YOUR statement of intention. You are asking for protection and confirming your intention to work for benefit, in a positive, healing way. It is your request and your intention to work in your Spiritual-Truth, as your Spiritual Self which is always understanding and giving of non-conditional love.)

I feel it is important and strongly advisable that you also pray before for each reading. (In your mind say)�?I call upon Spirit to communicate with me. To give me messages for the benefit of those here present. I request this information for the purpose of healing and understanding. Thank you.�?The more compassionate you are, and the more healing and love you give out, the more powerful the reading may be.

It is a good habit to record your readings given to other people so they do not forget information and can confirm things later. Mediumship is about communication with Spirit. It is not about telling the future. The Art of Psychic skills can include information on the future. Information from Spirit can be very different from the information which comes out of your psychic abilities. Psychic ability is more a sense; an inner knowing. Mediumship is more like someone else telling us things; showing us things or themselves. It can take time to learn the difference. All too often, these areas are confused.

Giving the reading

Send healing to the person you wish to read for. This creates a connection which helps to enforce your intention of doing a reading for their benefit. Feel with your mind someone in Spirit who wishes to talk. It may feel female or male; an old person or a child. Feel a connection with the entity. Sometimes you may not feel any connection; other times you will feel a great many Spirits. In these circumstances, it can become confusing to hear who is saying what. Give off what you feel and hear.

 

Being Positive

Avoid negative comments. Remember Spirit is trying to give support. It is not trying to upset anyone. If you feel something negative, like a car crash, then you need to know if it is in the past or the future. If it is in the future, it may be a warning to drive more slowly and more carefully. So you tell them to drive with care and not to speed. A positive statement, not a negative one like “You are going to crash your car�? Think about what the message is and its intention for that person.

Something I like to do when giving a reading is to identify what the person died of. Sometimes I can feel their illness, like a pain, other times it feels as if they went to Spirit quickly, as with a heart attack. They may even tell me, (or I see a mental picture) that they lost weight, like a cancer sufferer.

Spirits communicate through your mind in the same way that your own Spirit communicates with you. The secret is to become conscious of it. The objective is to raise your consciousness - to be aware of your higher vibrations. Spirit lowers its vibration to become conscious of you in body. You do not have any control over what messages Spirit passes on to you, but do feel free to ask questions. Spirit will not always answer. Who you contact in Spirit is not under your control, but using your psychic abilities, you can direct your intent to answer certain questions, e.g. about the future.

The way you give readings will develop with time. It is a very personal development process. Spirit may pass information on to you by triggering memories. They normally build up a personal code to help pass messages faster. Say what you feel or hear, avoid trying to understand the messages and changing them in anyway, unless you feel it to be negative. If negative, understand what they are trying to say. Look for the positive meaning. As with any art, you need to practice.
