| Exploring the Higher Self |
By Ronald Holt To help simplify matters, let's define the higher self. This can be a daunting and voluminous task due to its sublime nature. It is my intent to keep this as brief and clear as possible. Higher self is an integral and intimate aspect of ourselves that remains aware of (and actively interacts with) the whole of our being and our existence on the many planes or possibilities of life. One definition of the higher self can be: The part of ourselves that remains aware of our fragmented aspects and our wholeness simultaneously. Connecting with and recognizing the higher self is a rather large subject and requires touching upon many areas within the subject in order to explore it with clarity. Whatever is written on this subject will never be enough to satisfy the human mind. The only time we feel true satisfaction is when we fully experience love and spirit for ourselves. Connecting with the higher self takes practice, refinement, dedication, and discipline. You will receive from this practice what you put into it. It is important to understand that there are no beings, planes, or dimensions outside of ourselves. All dimensions, beings, and planes of consciousness exists equally right here and now, within and around us. This requires that we as individuals open our senses sufficiently so we can participate with other beings, the higher self and/or with the other planes of reality. Sometimes experiencing another plane, dimension, or being can appear as though they are separate from us or that we have exited completely from this 3D plane and arrived at a totally different place. A single drop of water is a good example of ourselves in our separated singularity or individuality. Many drops can co-exist in addition to the single drop. It is possible to create an infinite multitude of seemingly separate drops. This is similar to our 3D reality of separation. There are a multitude of individuals existing in their own individual forms. These individuals are seemingly separated from our own self. However, when you take the drop and add it to a pond, the drop will meld and integrate into the pond. In the pond, the drops are so integrated with each other (like we are in the unified field) that the drops comprise the entirety of the pond or the pond's unified field. Together we comprise the whole reality or medium. There are no parts of the pond (or unified field) that are not an aspect of us. Therefore, there are no planes, dimensions, or beings with which we are not intimately integrated. In trying to understand a perspective of the higher self in comparison to our ego self, higher self would be like being at a conference in a large hotel auditorium that was partitioned into several smaller rooms. Our greater whole being would occupy the entire floor as well as all the partitioned rooms. Our 3D ego consciousness would only be aware of the one room in which we were focused. Higher self, in comparison, would be fully aware and participating within all the rooms on the floor simultaneously. The higher self would have a much greater vision of the whole of our being and the many rooms or planes upon which we exist.

I am still up...doing many things at once. I was reading this article and the analogy of the drops in a pond of water reminded me of my many trips through the veil to higher realms and wanting so badly to stay. Each time I returned, I encountered a deep sadness, very heavy, at coming back to the darkness. Dark, in that I had always felt I was separate from my loved ones in eternity. The real death is in leaving this presence of love and light...a spiritual death if you will? Few remember their experiences on high because it takes tremendous love and faith to return and remember. The veil over the mind is such a blessing... As I remembered so much and grieved at what I perceived as being separated from my loved ones, I was taken in spirit once again and shown time from beginning to the winding down scenes and the return of earth to her Paradisiacal Glory. I understood for the first time and was told over and over in my mind and heart... YOU ARE A-PART...not separate. I pondered deeply...taking in all that I had been privileged to see and remember. I saw and recognized every person who has ever been born into time as well as those yet to be born. I saw many things about our premortal existence as spirit beings who had experienced many relationships and the ability to go to other worlds to learn and be taught. There are worlds without end...each in varying degrees of light and glory. It is a false or counterfeit teaching to believe we are separate or cut-off from our Creator. It was this false belief that I had carried in distorted programming with generational issues in my heritage that created the feeling that I was not good enough to remain in the fulness of light and glory. I learned who I truly am, who I have always been, and how here in time we perceive these memories as recorded in the 12 strands of DNA when fully integrated and vibrating, truly. Most people only function with two strands...and trauma and abuse put layer upon layer each generation over the original Cell Memory. I am constantly working higher, spirit level with individuals to release on that level first, the cause of what is manifesting on a physical level. I am being stopped...that is all I am allowed to share for now. Remember that even when a loved one dies, we are not separated from them. They are still A PART...apart from us and a part of us, forever. ~Malauna~ |

That is soooooooo true....... and so intune with what I am going thru at this very moment. I find it so hard that I loved and was so close to my brother and in a second he was gone. I am still so close to him...he's been gone for over 16 yrs bow....I was pregnant with my only daughter at the time. She is soooooooo him.....such a fine line that I live with.......but Malauna just wanted to say that yep........you're right!!!! and I so needed to hear this now.......many thanks Love and light Soozle |
