Ok question was is it possible to lose one's gift due to how they are feeling.  When I was 17/18 I had no care in the world and was able to experience other pple's emotions and sometimes pain and now I feel stuck in a deep hole I can occasionally feel someone's emotions but thats about it.  Also I was able to "channel" someone else's thoughts and say what they wanted to say as if I was them and I was completely aware of this.  Now this hasn't happened in a while as well.  When I have meditated I have had "thoughts" tellling me that I am not yet ready to accept or appreciate my gifts until I am ready.  Is this because I am blocking it mentally or there are some issues I need to resolve before I can be able to continue with work for spirit?
