I stand alone upon these rocky cliffs
High above the world
The ocean surrounding me
Waves crashing, her salty spray engulfs me
Tears fall mixing with the salty ocean spray
Birds hover overhead
Yet I feel so alone.
I stand in total silence
No noise cept the crashing of the waves
My hands outstretched
I feel a wind dance around me
I hear a voice, it seems to boom
It echoes then mixes with the wind
I turn around
Searching seeking from whence it came
There stands a man
With hands held high
Stretched right up to Heaven
I cannot help but stare in awe and wonderment as
Light streams forth from his finger tops
He speaks to me
Fear not walking into the mist
Fear is what binds you to the human experience
Trust have faith and love
My eyes look up they follow the stream of light
I feel such power, such energy
The air is charged
The birds are silenced
I hear nothing but his voice
and the crashing of the waves
My mind begins to ponder on the words
As I turn to speak with him
I see him disappear as he walks into the mist.
I sit once again in silence
Asking in my head what he meant
I feel confusion
I wonder, if this really happened?
My eyes open, wet from tears
Skin damp and clammy
I am lying in my bed
