What is the difference between 'spirit' and 'energy'?

Answer

Spirit is an aspect or an extension of the human soul. It is the conscious part of our being, our Divine interior, our eternal Self. Energy is the term I use to refer to 'life force' or 'prana.' I think of energy as an 'alive' force, but not a personally conscious force in the same sense as I do 'spirit.'
