How could I narrow down such marvelous pieces of work? I guess I'd have to suggest that they hear the entire Joshua Tree album 1st,then R&H |

It's a very tough question....I think I'd have them listen to UF or JT and then something later, maybe ATYCLB. |

WOW this is hard! I think I'd start with the obvious choices, the "hits" - Streets, With or Without You, Mysterious Ways, Unforgettable Fire, Vertigo, Beautiful Day, Pride...I know that some people like U2 except for Achtung Baby and Pop (which in my opinion is criminal because they're pure genius!) so I may stay away from those two if the person you were trying to "convert" (lol) had specific tastes...then once they were fans, introduce them to the more experimental side of the boys...does that make sense? |

Streets - that would be my pick if I had to just pick one. And I agree with Miss Moonie..I would want to know what their music taste is first. If they like Punk...I would start with more punky older songs: like I Will Follow. Such a hard question! Good one! hj |

hj, Streets would be my #1 choice too...it's just so powerful a song, I think anyone (in their right mind lol) would be hooked on the boys after hearing that song! |
