................or missing a fish? I had this fishy feeling in my gills, so I thought I might throw you a line, and see if you can hook me up to an answer...did she flee, or is it me?(not personally..) I am at odds with myself to say much more than that...if your completely lost, a simple reply saying "seek counseling" will be the catch of the day...if you know what I am talking about..a psycic certificate is all that is necessary |

well, yes, but I have kinda figured out on my own that she is not here...I am also not one to worry about stuff like that ...I know all things happen for a reason, but that I am lucky to not have reasons right now...I guess. In other words....It's really none of my business, just noticing...  thats all. |

Happy had to take a sabbatical for a while so that she can work on some things going on in her life right now. I am sure that she appreciates you asking about her. :>) She does a lot for the Odd People's site and I for one certainly miss her here. Ubergato (Overcatus Missus) |

I havent seen her yet, but I am very glad she is not gone for that reason anymore!! She has taught me so much about all the cool stuff that can be done, I will e-mail her if that is ok? Also..the zone site says it will be experiencing changes from the 7th (possibly no access that morning at all) to the 12th...nd the issues that lie between those dates are that there will be no new members able to join during that time, and that as long as you are a registered member, you will be able to access, but there can be no changes made at all...maybe this is what were looking at too...I know you will keep us informed.. |

I don't know much of the history of all this. I don't even know when the upgrade will come, or how long it will last. But here is something I learned in the MSN communities. Make a shortcut to the message board onto your desk top. To do that go to the toolbar. When the dropdown menu opens, go down and select send. You will have some choices. Click on send shortcut to desktop. That way if the home pages don't work you have a shortcut. I am noticing that there are a lot of little problems already. That makes me think they are working on things even now. I hope this helps. |

Oh... and another thing. If you happen to get in during this time but you suspect the upgrade is going on, don't make any changes. Don't change your photographs, don't change your profile, don't add any documents, don't even try and post much. It can mess things up. |

Hey there, Verbage! You see me all around! A message board is nothing more than a slow chat. Chat comes in the middle of my day and I don't get there a lot. I am not much of a chatter, in any case. Neither do I use the IM. And the telephone is a necessary evil... I only talk on it when I have to. But my presence here on the boards is just as valid and my love for the community is just as strong. This kind of chat is just slower. Slow, and sweet, and long lasting! And a little Odd, of course.  |

Hi the HGP...*big grin* I just took mine out of there last week or so..ago. I would sent to the mgr/email address...that is why I was warning Ubie I think.. Or maybe it will be a BIG FAT APPRECIATION LETTER in the middle of General...? ..ok my words are disappearing...I'll leave it at that and see if this sends... |
