Hi there ML :>) Yes that letter is a complete and utter hoax. Feel free to delete it and certainly do not pass it on to any of your friends. If you have the hotmail address of the person who sent it to you then you have the option of forwarding that to hotmail abuse for action. This is one of a number of "chain letters" making the rounds and should be totally disregarded. :>)
