I got the clouds to form and the water to run.  I have no idea what else to do.

    Good job!  I dropped the baby, drowned the baby, got the baby stuck... and finally used the walkthrough.  I really like the grow games.

The beginning says there could be more than one solution.  I didn't use the sunflower at all, maybe there is a solution that uses it.  And the tiny pebble at the top of the fountain--that really didn't come into play, or do much I don't think.

 

Yes.  I put the baby through quite a few dramatic turns.  I left it waving almost everywhere, at one time or another.
