2 Tbsp. Dutch Chocolate Powder 1/2 tsp. black walnut extract 8 oz. non fat milk 1/2 banana 4-6 ice cubes

Chocolate ice cream 13 oz. Chocolate syrup 1 oz. Cherry syrup 1 oz. Canned cherries, drained, chopped 1 oz. Malt powder 2 oz. Whole milk 4 oz. Whipped cream 4 oz.
1. Mix ice cream, syrups, cherries, powder and milk in blender. Blend 30 to 45 seconds, depending on hardness of ice cream. 2. Check for smooth texture. Cherries should appear as specks. Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces canned crushed pineapple 21 ounces canned cherry pie filling 18 1/2 ounce pkg. Devil's food cake mix 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup butter -- melted Whipped topping
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Spread the pineapple in a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" cake pan. Add pie filling, spreading gently. Next, sprinkle dry cake mix on pie filling, then sprinkle with pecans. Combine reserved pineapple liquid with the butter and drizzle over the mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degress for 35-40 minutes. Line square pan, 8x8x2 inches, with foil. In medium micro-proof bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high (full power) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is
smooth when stirred. Stir in chopped almonds, cherries and almond extract. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cover ;chill until firm. Cut into 1" squares. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 4 dozen squares.
