I have been using an IE plug-in that I really like. It is a small, free, ap that allows for tabbed browsing, easily accessible pop-up controls, has a built in sticky collector, allows you to build groups and preload them..... The new beta version has a tool-bar auto-hide function that makes it convenient to go full screen since the tool-bar shows itself as the mouse approaches. If you are familiar with Netcaptor, it is similar to that (but free, and I like it better). It doesn't actually install, the exec. file is right there in the folder. Just unzip, click, and use.
MyIE2 is a browser based on IE core(IE5.x or IE 6.0 required), it can open multiple web pages in one window. But it only occupies a little system resource when its has a greatly integrated interface. It also support Plug-Ins & IE Extensions.
