Siyo Annie,

It was a delight to take part in my first Wakan Circle chat yesterday evening and to "meet" you and the others there. Everyone is so welcoming, warm, and happy to answer questions. I am grateful for this opportunity. Wado.

During the chat last night I learned that at the Smudging Chat on Friday evenings there is ceremony. Could you please explain how the smudging ceremony is done during Friday's chat? Does everyone take part in doing it?

I have read your new post about smudging. Thank you very much for posting it. It helps me understand more about the ceremony. I have taken part in smudging before drumming circles, but am only now starting to learn more of  its meaning. I have not yet done a smudging ceremony on my own, but wish to learn how to do this so I can do it regularly.

Hugs,

Mary

Yes  we all take part in it but one person does the talking part but we smudge as we do usally.   Everyone has their smudge things ready by their computer so when we start , they can do it all togeather as the speaker talks. Just come is and learn as we go...smile      hugs Annie
