I know some of my history, but not a whole lot.  I am trying to contact the Penobscot tribe/reservation in Old Town, Maine to see if there is anything there about my father's family.  Any ideas on how to trace this down?  I've written several letters and tried to reach someone by phone, but it hasn't been easy.  I know we're part of the Algonquin nation but that's about it.  Help?
