AGRIMONY
(Agrimonia Eupatoria)

Black Cohosh has been used as a remedy for hysteria, St. Vitus' dance (chores), epilepsy, convulsions, and all spasmodic afflictions, as well as dropsy, rheumatism, spinal meningitis and asthma. It is said to be a wonderful remedy for high blood pressure and for equalizing circulation. Its effectiveness as a remedy for dysmenorrhea has not been successfully proven, but research suggests a pharmacological basis for its use in treating rheumatism and neuralgia.
Black Cohosh relieves sinusitis and asthma by reducing congestion and mucous buildup; it eases coughing spasms, too.
