I just got my original birth records open and found out that my grandfather Theodore Milton Pope and my grandmother Melissa Katherine Prickett from Thomas Custer, Oklahoma were from the Cherokee Blood line.  Also my birth mother Roberta Bennett Pope Enney Peoples was also of Cherokee blood.  They later moved to Sunnyside Yakima Washington and I am trying to find out what tribe they were from and how much Cherokee I have in me.  They are all deceased so I can't ask them myself and I haven't been able to track down any family members to assist in this search.  Anyone that can find out this information for me and let me know, I would really appreciate it.  Thanks!  Marilyn Dirks Peoples (dyani2004)
