1 quart 3.0 % hydrogon peroxide from the drug store

1/4 cup baking soda

1 teaspoon of liquid soap.

This is enough to do a small dog or cat, (caution cats don't like this kind of thing be careful). Bigger dogs will need bigger batches... Here in Colorado we are starting to see many rabid skunks.  When you are going over the animal look for fresh scratches or bite marks.  If you suspect anything get you pet to the vet as soon as possible.
