• According to the actor who plays Evan Walsh, he taped his last scenes on January 7th and will last air on February 14th.  Here is a post from his blog:  Today was my last day at As The World Turns. I’ve known since the beginning of my contract what Evan’s purpose was and that he would only be on the canvas for 14 weeks. I was hoping that Evan might have gotten a little meatier of a storyline, and not be so useless, but with the writer’s strike, certain (things) had to be overlooked. But I came in and I went out the way I was told in the beginning, so I’m happy about that. Evan’s last day is February 14th. I am so grateful for these last few months and they could not have come at a better time for me. The contract win was not what I expected, but I tried to do the best with whaht I was given. I met some amazing people in Oakdalelynn, and I learned a lot. I will miss everyone I had the pleasure of working with. But Evan’s best days are yet to air, so don’t give up on him yet!

• The week opens with a shocker when Paul makes a startling confession to Barbara. He comes clean regarding the baby’s death. Does he tell Babs that the baby’s untimely demise was his fault? If so, how will she react?
• At the same time, the week is not going well for two of Oakdale’s top femmes. First up, it seems Lily is a glutton for punishment when she continues to try and make headway with Dusty. Too bad he rejects Lily again. What will she do to counteract this latest romantic blow? While across town, there is some money that’s missing and Carly is desperate to find it. Why?
• Meanwhile, Vienna has a heart-to-heart talk with Brad, encouraging him to tell Katie how he really feels. Vienna then takes things a step further when she suggests that Brad actually go ahead and seduce Katie. Does Brad jump on Katie, um, er, the idea?
• Shortly thereafter, as Sofie seems to be getting more and more attached to the baby, Gwen and Will can’t help but be privately concerned. Are their concerns warranted? Keep your eyes peeled to As the World Turns this week to find out!

• Dusty rejects Lily this week on "As the World Turns," which sends her on a downward spiral that culminates in a shocking death on Friday.  "It starts bad and ends worse," warns Martha Byrne, who plays the tormented heroine. "Lily has been fragile since her [pill] addiction. It will take very little to set her off again."  In this case, it's Dusty telling her he is still in love with Emily. "She is completely devastated," says Byrne. "That sets her off, and she starts scoring drugs again. She goes to Yo's to pick up a couple of pills - I didn't realize that Yo's was the hot spot for medication - and she runs into Krista."
• Krista used to work as a prostitute - with Emily! - a fact she shares over drinks [and pills] with Lily.  "At first, Lily misunderstands," says Byrne. "She says, 'You must be talking about somebody else.' There's no way that the Emily she knows would do something like that. But then it starts to make sense. Lily uses that information in the most horrible way because she's hurt."
• Indeed, Lily leaves a note for Emily's boyfriend, Chris, detailing Emily's life as a prostitute, and then heads for a party at the hospital, where everything blows up.
• "Lily sees Holden with Bonnie, not necessarily in a romantic way, but Lily has had a couple of cocktails and a couple of pills, so she's a mess. She finds some drugs on a drug cart and downs as much as she can."  Holden finds a crumpled Lily on the floor and they pump her stomach.  "It's a cry for help," says Byrne. "She's in a hospital, for God's sake! She tells Holden that Dusty ruined her life. That betrayal was more than she could take. She can't believe he'd rather be with Emily than her, knowing Emily was a prostitute. He could have rich dysfunction with Lily, but he chooses hooker dysfunction with Emily!" 
• Holden goes and blasts Dusty.  "He says, 'How could you push Lily to this point? You knew she was vulnerable!' Meanwhile, Emily thinks Dusty put the note under Chris' door. It's not a good day for Dusty at all."  And it's about to get worse.  "Lily is wandering the halls of the hospital still affected by the medication," hints Byrne. "God knows what she's up to."  Murder??

• Paul confesses to Barbara that the baby's death is his fault.
• Rosanna begs Paul to stay with her.
• He says if Rosanna doesn't give him a divorce, he'll send her to jail.
