1. Close everything you have open.

2. Right click �My Computer �and then click �B>Find�

3. Type in �Downloaded Program Files �

4. Be sure the : �B>Look In �box is changed to �your C Drive� then click �B>Find �

5. When it is done searching, open up the file named �B>Downloaded Program Files�

6. In here, select each filed named �MSN Chat Control �, right click each one and click �B>Remove �

When asked for confirmation, click �yes �

7. Close out the �My Computer �window and start �Internet Explorer �

8. In Internet Explorer, from the �B>Tools �menu, click �Internet Options � In the �Internet Options �dialog box, open the �General �tab and select �Delete Cookies �or �Delete Temporary Files �

When asked for confirmation, click �Yes �

9. Close the �Internet Options �dialogue box and then close �Internet Explorer �/FONT>
