1. Close everything you have open.

2. Right click �?My Computer �?and then click �?B>Find�?

3. Type in �?Downloaded Program Files �?

4. Be sure the : �?B>Look In �?box is changed to �?your C Drive�? then click �?B>Find �?

5. When it is done searching, open up the file named �?B>Downloaded Program Files�?

6. In here, select each filed named �?MSN Chat Control �?, right click each one and click �?B>Remove �?

When asked for confirmation, click �?yes �?

7. Close out the �?My Computer �?window and start �?Internet Explorer �?

8. In Internet Explorer, from the �?B>Tools �?menu, click �?Internet Options �? In the �?Internet Options �?dialog box, open the �?General �?tab and select �?Delete Cookies �?or �?Delete Temporary Files �?

When asked for confirmation, click �?Yes �?

9. Close the �?Internet Options �?dialogue box and then close �?Internet Explorer �?/FONT>
