A John W. Copenhaver is shown as born Dec. 1878 in Illinois.  He was a farmer.
Clara E., his wife, was born in Mar. 1880 in Illinois.  They had been married 2 years.
By 1900, they had one child, Loyd W. born in April 1900.

William Copenhaver registered for WWI draft in Audrain Co., MO September 12, 1918.  His permanent address was Thompson (Audrain Co.( MO.  His birthdate was given as Dec. 3, 1878, age 40 years.  He gave his nearest relative as Clara.
 
Medium in height and weight, William was shown having brown eyes and red hair.

Zachariah Mitchell Copenhaver died in Audrain Co. MO. June 11, 1926.  Born 1844, he was 82 years old.  He was widowed, but his wife was Eva. He would be a good place to start searching.
 
 
Lloyd Copenhaver died in Audrain Co. MO Feb 21, 1914 at the age of 13 years, 9 months and 28 days.  He was accidently killed by a falling tree.
Born April 23, 1900, Lloyd was a farmer boy.  He was born in Macomb, IL to Wm and Clara E Payne Copenhaver.  His father, also born in Macomb, was the informant. Burial was in Liberty Church cemetery.

Ordering their marriage record should verify parents of both parties.  Maiden names of mothers should also be included, if known.

A Charles Copenhaver (see 1900 Fulton Co. census, Richard Copenhaver household) registered for the draft in Richland Co., Ohio.  He was born Oct. 18, 1880. He had brown eyes and brown hair.
 
This Charles gave his nearest relative as Mary Copenhaver of Table Grove, IL.  He was employed as a lineman for the telephone co.  Table Grove is in Fulton Co.
