(First, this is really crazy because -- apparently -- I had a dream in which I had already posted this reading! So I felt mildly traumatized today when I could not find it on the . And now, I am not quite sure how I feel about all this).
This reading is strictly based upon your natal chart. The configuration of your planets (powers and characteristics) reveals a wonderful and interesting person. You are obviously an old soul, meaning you have been around many many incarnations. Your chart also reveals a very focused person, -- a strong person who has multiple talents and interests.
SUN, NEPTUNE AND PLUTO (see Psychic Triangle)
Neptune and Pluto were sextile from the time of your birth until the early seventies, so this aspect affected your entire generation. This combines the transforming powers of Pluto with the deep spiritual depths of Neptune. It prepared your generation for the changes now in effect.
Pluto trine your Sun and Saturn is personal for you. You not only have deep insight into the energies surrounding people, you can also effect changes, and this (as you know) is a power you must use carefully, and ONLY with love. Here, in this triangle, we find your psychic abilities.
Sun sextile Neptune gives you creative insight into the music of the spheres, AND means you can work equally well in writing, art and being a psychic.
And Saturn being conjunct your Sun is also trine Pluto and sextile Neptune. These contacts give you the ability to focus these 'energies', and also attach a high sense of justice to all that you do.

FIRST HOUSE (see chart)
You have a stellium of five planets in your first house, the Sun in Capricorn, conjunct Saturn (the sign's ruler), along with Mars, Jupiter and Mercury -- these last three in Sagittarius. Such a concentration is often a mark of success -- and, a success that you will always achieve on YOUR own terms.
It is your Sun in Capricorn that marks you as ambitious. You have probably always wanted to make something of yourself, and to achieve independence; yet, you pick practical goals. With your Sun in the first house of Self you have a unique level of self-awareness, and the will and vitality to achieve these goals. Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, being in Capricorn suggests you are well aware of your ambitions, and know the price of everything. So you have learned to carefully manage your goals in relation to your strengths.
The fact that Saturn is conjunct to your Sun is really a Promise of Fulfillment. Some astrology books (and astrologers) like to mutter about 'frustration' and 'sadness' with this conjunction. The truth is otherwise: a person with your strengths and talents and self-awareness and practicality will (obviously) ATTRACT many problems. And, it has been your ability to tackle these and WIN that has given you your present levels of confidence. I repeat: Life is a Perfect System and Saturn conjunct your Sun IS the promise of fulfillment.
The other three planets, Mars (your energy) and Mercury (your mind) and Jupiter (optimism, expansion and generosity) are all in Sagittarius, and conjunct your Ascendant. You can be a crusader (Mars) for any cause you make yours; you are very idealistic (Mercury), and although Mercury faces some challenges in this sign, you do have the gift of prophecy and insight into the forces that are running the world's Karma at this time. Finally, Jupiter is strongly placed here, since it rules this sign; I am forced to assume that you are a born philosopher and metaphysician.
The conjunction and first house position greatly magnifies the power of these three planets (functions); thus your energy is coupled with generosity and optimism.
ELEVENTH HOUSE
There is another clump of three planets in the eleventh house (of groups and friends), all in Scorpio. These are the Moon conjunct Venus, and Neptune. This 'gathering' represents the other side of your nature, the side that 'connects' to reality by burrowing into people, relationships and the surrounding energies. The Moon (your feminine side, and habit mind) faces some challenges in Scorpio, but you have INTENSE emotions and have probably had some challenges from jealousy, and it must be hard for you to be subtle at times. BUT -- your ability to connect (not thoughts, but actual contact) with Life -- must be impressive.
Similarly, Venus love and creativity) in Scorpio faces similar challenges - but this combination must really make you a colorful and creative individual.
Your Moon's location in the eleventh house suggests that you work well with groups, organizations and friends; Venus's location there tells us you have enjoyed continuing opportunities to form many loving and close friendships. No doubt you also had to learn to hold your intensity in check.
TRANSITS
What makes your life especially intense is the clumping of these planets, so the aspects during each yearly cycle of the Sun are really something to behold.
