Can anyone help me understand this experience? I tried to obtain a past life meditation, normally I go in with no expectations and usually feel I've accomplished something, although not always. This time I became cold and in fact still am. I also could not find my heart (couldn't feel it pumping even when I tried to focus in on it). Usually I use that as my focus to go deeper. I also felt someone touch the palm of my hand hand, like a poke. At first I thought my first finger must have moved and touched the area but when I opened my eyes my hand was open. What is this about? I did the white light of protection and prayers for protection, but any idea what happened? I've also felt very sad afterwards. Normally I feel calmer.
