Full Moon Meditation
This meditation can fill you with the serenity and calm of the moon, making you feel thoroughly contented and relaxed. The mystical qualities the moon emanates enter and possess you, allowing you to draw on its energy. Start doing this technique three nights before the full moon and then do it again on the night of the full moon itself. You can also talk to the moon, ask questions, and then perhaps receive answers. Be as expressive and uninhibited as you like.
Step One:
Go outside, under open sky, look at the moon and start swaying.
Step Two:
Slowly start allowing the energy of the moon to enter you. Feel as if you are becoming possessed by it. Continue moving gently. Continue swaying from side to side and making espressive movements.
Step three:
Look at the moon, relax, and ask it to do whatever it wants with you.
Step Four:
If you feel like singing and dancing, then do so. Allow whatever wants to happen to happen. As the moon becomes fuller you will feel more energy. On full moon night spend an hour outside, swaying, singing and dancing. Allow the moon to possess you.
