Rays of Light Meditation The Technique... This meditation contains affirmations and procedures from different sources, from several Metaphysics books and channelings. It contains I AM Presence affirmations from St. Germain and Jesus, as well as El Moyra and Archangel Michael. Some procedures were learned from Antera, who channeled them. Antera, Donna Simelunas and myself, have charged this meditation with their healing energies and good intentions, for the people who practice it so that they will get the best of it, and for their Highest good. Many Blessings, Light and Love from All of us. In this healing I combine commands or affirmations and visualization with Rays of Light. Prepare the room (incense, candles, music). Repeat the affirmations and do the visualization described. - Repeat Affirmation: I Am Presence, Spiritual Guides, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Nature Spirits, (and/or mention specific names)etc. please assist me in healing myself, for the Highest good of all concerned and according to the Christ that I AM, thank you.
Visualize your body in a tube of white Light, filled up with Violet Light to be used for the protection of your body and energy field. Visualize a grounding cord of Light, coming out of the base of the spine, entering Mother Earth. - Repeat Affirmation: St. Germain, please cleanse and purify my four lower bodies, with the transmuting Violet Flame, thank you.
Visualize your body immersed in the Violet Flame, swirling in a clockwise motion. Repeat Affirmation: I AM the law of forgiveness and the magnus consuming Violet Flame that now and forever dissolves all mistakes past and present, their cause and their nucleus and all non-desirable creations for which my external being is responsible, because I AM the perfection of my experience and this is autosustained, so be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is. - Repeat Affirmation: I AM Presence, Spiritual Guides, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Nature Spirits, etc. send your Healing and Enlightening energies to heal myself, mentally, physically and spiritually, thank you.
Visualize White Light entering your crown chakra and filling up your entire body. Repeat Affirmation: So be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is, thank you. - Repeat Affirmation: Master Hilarion and Archangel Rafael please send the healing green Ray to me.
Visualize green Light entering your crown chakra and filling up your entire body. Repeat Affirmation: I AM the only and Perfect energy acting here, in my mind, in my body and in my spirit, therefore, all imperfect appearance is instantaneously corrected. So be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is, thank you. - Repeat Affirmation: Archangel Michael, with your Divine blue sword, please cut any un-healthy attachments that I might have to people, places or situations, that are most needed to cut at this time. I also ask you to protect my body from all that I need to be protected, including all that it is not Light.
Visualize the blue sword, cutting un-healthy attachments from your energy field, and see White Light entering your heart (retrieving your energy). Repeat Affirmation:Thanks Archangel Michael. - Repeat Affirmation: I AM Presence, Spiritual Guides, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Nature Spirits, etc. please transmute all of those misqualified thought-forms, feelings, mis-creations and energies, that no longer serve me. Please transmute them from all levels of dimensions and beings, their cause and their effect, so be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is, thank you.
Visualize the Violet Flame transmuting all those energies. - Repeat Affirmation: Master, Guide, Angel or Archangel, please cleanse my energy field of all debris.
Visualize a veil of Light slowly passing on your body from head to feet. Repeat Affirmation: I release all that is not Light, I AM cleansed and purified (repeat at least 3 times). - Repeat Affirmation: I AM Presence, Spiritual Guides, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Nature Spirits, etc. please align myself with my Divine Blueprint, with my Divine Plan and with the Higher Will, for the Highest good of All concerned, so be it, according to the Christ that I AM, and so it is, thank you.
To cleanse, purify and unblock the main wheel-like centers of energy (chakras): Visualize the white Light entering the crown of your head (crown chakra) and going down into the chakra at the base of the spine. See the energy swirl in a circular motion, opening the chakra and expanding it. When you feel it is time, move the energy into the next chakra (navel). Repeat the procedure above with each chakra. After the navel chakra see the Light flow into the next chakra (abdominal area) and then to the next (the solar plexus). Fill it up with the white Light in a circular motion, each time, until the Light surrounds an area at least as wide as your energy field. When you feel it is time, see the energy flowing into the heart chakra, coming up into the throat chakra, until it is filled-up and expanded, see the white Light flowing up to the third eye chakra (by the brow area), until it is expanded, continue with the crown chakra. This visualization must be done while repeating the following affirmation. Repeat Affirmation: I AM the Ressurection and the Life of the inner blueprint of my mind, of my body and of my spirit, so be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is. - Visualize either pink, red, violet or white Light, entering the crown chakra, with the intention to receive unconditional Love, concentrating in your heart chakra and filling up your body, in circular motion, until it has expanded, encompassing at least the entire Mother Earth.
Repeat Affirmation: I AM worthy of all good things (repeat 3 times). So be it, according to the Christ that I AM and so it is, thank you. And I consciously accept this done right now and with full power. - Visualize a grounding cord, coming out of the base of the spine, entering Mother Earth.
