I am learing how to meditate and found that for some reason I had a tingling sensation in my left foot near my big toe  didnt have them in a position that would happen and I was wondering what does it mean when you get tingles when you meditate and what do I do regarding protection do you need that when you are mediatating or can you just sit and meditate
