Choose a comfortable and quiet place to begin your writing.
Close your eyes and think of the myriad of thoughts that are clogging your mind making you unable to concentrate on a particular subject.
Start writing down those thoughts. Write down any thoughts and ideas that come to mind. Keep writing, it is not a timed exercise.
By putting the thoughts to paper, you are giving the attention those distracting thoughts require.
