What was I like as a teen? Seems ages ago It seems Dancing and music held high priority No dates did I enlist Boys were out of rich Illogical Young boys, would pursue Older guys ignored A child in their eyes The ones I idolized didn't know I existed They were after the hot ma ma's Who'd be good at what they wished I would run around with girlfriends Who were my chums I remember nineteen I was at my prime Had fun all the time being giddy. I am a cradle Catholic, but not at all conservative...now a days the parochial schools are not as bad, but still.....much to be desired. Thank you Zy, that was how I was, full of nonsense and laughter...still have a bit of it left ... Mariaxx |
