It sounds delicious.  I have a question though.  What are Heath bars like?  We don't have them up here I  think.  If I knew what was in them I could find something comparable.

We do have Cool Whip though!  I have been enjoying that with the strawberries from my garden.

It does sound delicious and I want to try it too.

Bubbles, Heath Bars are chocolate covered toffee bars. I'm surprised you don't have them. I bet Butterfinger bars would work pretty well also. Do you have those? If not, maybe try chopped up peanut brittle and a little chocolate. Something along those lines.

LIKE HEATH BARS

     1/2 c  Butter
     3/4 c  Brown sugar
     1/2 c  Nuts; well chopped
     1/2 c  Chocolate chips

Mix all except chocolate chips.  Bring to a boil. Boil 7 minutes. Pour into pan.  Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and swirl. Let sit until set. Cut into pieces.

I have seen other recipes that use Skors Bars in place of Heath Bars.  Do you hve Skors Bars?  Heath Bars are English Toffee dipped in chocolate.  Any bar that comes close to that should work.

Here is another English Toffee Recipe - - -

English Toffee

1 c sugar
1 c real butter
1 c nuts (almonds or walnuts)
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 c ground nuts (almonds or walnuts)

Put sugar and butter in a heavy pan on cold burner. Melt on high heat, stirring constantly. When butter melts, add 1 c nuts and cook until toffee turns to a tan color. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and spread around. Sprinkle ground nuts on top. Cool, then break into pieces. This is very easy to make and tastes like good English toffee.
