The daffodils are actually blooming their little long-nosed heads off, some hyacinths have poked up and look ready to go, and the Sibrian squill (NEVER EVER plant that stuff.  It takes over, cute as it is this time of year,) has made patches of blue and white all over the "yard".  At least I  didn't plant it.  It was here 30 years ago when we bought the old brown house, but the rest of the garden is mine.  And from the looks of things, there will be a lot of garden this year.  Everything survived and seems to have multiplied.

It is a lovely 62 degrees out under the mulberry tree--brilliant sun, and a promise of 70 by the middle of the week.  No more whining for several months from the Land of Frozen Tundra!    Not even with Brett retiring and all the communal tears over that.

Just stopping in to say "howdy" to all of you.  Tomorrow, I get to go and try the latest adjustment to my glasses.  (Right lens now A-OK, left tweaked again.)  I will report.  How are all of you who are scattered, literally "from sea to shining sea"?

Annie
