Here are a few tips and images to help you when you want to reply to a message thread, or, even better, start your own thread.  You know you have a lot to share, and I hope that this page helps you to do that.

Let's get started.  First of all, you need to be signed-in to our site before you can do anything other than read.  If you aren't sure how to sign in, this page will help you, •How to sign-in

Replying to established threads

Once you are all settled in, posting replies to message threads and beginning new message threads is pretty darn easy.

To reply to a thread, just click on the subject line for that thread and...

That is all there is to replying to a thread.  Check out the final image on this page for descriptions of what all of the message tools can do for you.

 Beginning a new message thread

To begin a new message thread, just go to the most recent message board page.  It should be the one that appears when you go to a message board.

Well, that is all you need to know about replying and posting new message threads.  Except for a brief explanation of what all of those tool icons mean and how they can help you when posting.

To clarify a few of them (will follow the items listed above, top to bottom, left column and then right column):
You can make your font different sizes.  You can make it bold (which this is) or you can italicize it, underline it or make it assorted colors.

You can change the indents and position of your text and images.

You can create lists

  1. of
  2. numbered
  3. items
  • or
  • bulleted
  • items

You can insert a line .

Or a table, which is what part of this page is in, even though you cannot see the borders.

You can insert a picture/image from your hard drive, a photo album or MSN's clipart selection.  For more information on images and albums, see this page, •Create an album

You can use the next two items to put some color in your text or spice things up with an emoticon to help you more clearly express yourself.  We have some hints about doing that on this page, Acronyms/Emoticons

Well, that's all folks!
