The doctor did diagnose me with convergence insuffiency as well as SOM.
Corrective glasses/lenses Wear reading glasses with the contacts, or just glasses sometimes when not reading.
Nystagmus or strabismus The first opthamologist said I had nystagmus, the second one did not mention this but said I had SOM. So, not sure if I have this or not.
Glaucoma
Eye disease
Vision loss
Other nerve issues in your body
Arthritis
Sinus polyps
Allergies I have never previously had allergies, but since Feb when I moved into my new house and have been coughing or otherwise sick since, I'm beginning to wonder if I do have allergies.
Chronic illness/disease TMJ
Traumatic injury
Emotional or stress related issues
Is your SOM your dominent eye? YES
Is the vision in your SOM stronger or weaker than in your other eye? No noticable difference. When the eye behaves itself, I see great in it.
Do you believe that any of these are connected to your SOM? TMJ
How you feel any other physical or emotional issue may contribute to your SOM
