One cannot realistically transliterate "angelic." It would be fairly meaningless. Transliterated, it might sound like "a-ne-tse-li-ka" meaningless sounds. Angel(s) in is a-ni-de-we-hi [ah-nee-dah-wah-hee. The key part of that word is "de-we-hi [dah-wah-hee]." (though I am not sure of the precise meaning). The first part is "ani-" which denotes a plural (clan, people, group, etc.).
I would venture "de-we-hi [dah-wah-hee" to be close to "angel". Or (a little more verbose) "de-we-hi i-yu-s-di" [dah-wah-hee ee-yoo-s-dee] (Angel-like).
quietstorm in Tsalagi would read stormquiet u-no-le-e-lo-we-hi [oo-noh-lay-ay-loh-way-hee]
