  Please understand I am not a Medicine Man, but I can help you with some of the symbles you are seeing.  The number three come to you as Mind, Body, and Spririt.  Meaning the message is for the entire you. The White Owls are the keepers of the Night warriors, the Spirits that have passed into the next world, the Spirit World.  The Bears are a symble of Strong Medicine since it is the the Bear in the West Wind that gaurds the Western Gate. The fact that they are White is a definate sign they are Spirit in Medicine.  You are being guided by three Spirits and they have contacted you by dreams.  Remember dreams are more reality than the reality we think we know.  What their message is to you will have to be meditated on by you.  It is for you and no one else will know what they wish to tell you.  You need to be very carefull in your aproach.  Offer Tobaco, and then Put Cedar, Sage, Tobaco, and Sweetgrass together in a shell and smudge your self before the meditation.  If you can, have a Sweat Lodge set up for your meditation, if not pick a spot that is Wakan to you and do your meditation there alone.  Be very open in your mind, Listen closely to the Grandfather trees and Grandfather rocks.  Loeecho you are very special to have such a communication.  Learn your lessons well.

  I forgot one thing.  The Crows you thought you saw that become Owls, Were Crows that became Owls.  Crows are known for their ability to shakeshift.  They are known for their communication and their connection to the Spirit World.  This was the first sign that a Spirit was communication to you.
