The Higher Path

 

 

This is the moment the universe expands
One more negative thought is quashed
Tossed in the bin with others

 

Emotions from long ago are gone
Replaced with the positive energy
Hidden inside of the deepest part of me

 

Growing more quickly
Every passing second
Learning to crawl, then walk

 

Now I run with the intent to soar
Over the highest mountain top
Into the clouds and beyond

 

Searching for the higher path
With vibrations under my wings
And enlightenment lifting my spirit
