O'siyo
It has been establish on how to pronounce O`-si-yo [Oh`SEE yoh]. Now, how do you pronounce Siyo?
What do O`siyo and Siyo mean in English? Both words are used with higher case letters,
O'siyo Wani or Siyo Wani. You never start off a letter in English with a lower case d for the word Dear as in Dear Vaughn.

O`siyo
No one seems to want to venture a guess the difference between the greetings of O`siyo and Siyo.
O`siyo (Oh`SEEyoh) is the formal way of saying Hello. That one was an easy one. I always start my Welcomes to New Members, O`siyo (Hello).
Siyo is very informal. You could call it slang. Loose translation "Hi". Walking down the street you would use the word Siyo (SEEyoh) when greeting someone.
Writting to someone or posting a message (form of a letter) you should use the word O`siyo.
