my dearest family on Tuesday miorning i was rushed into my local hospital with chest pains andit turns out that i have had a minor heart attack and that as far as the hospital is concerned this was a warning..if yuo could find time in your busy schedules to find time to add me to an aleady busy prayer list it would be greatly appreciated.

 

this attack scared me ..and right now i am feeling very fragile especially considering that iam only 34 and in very good shape...
