This is not so much a recipe as a suggestion for something a bit different. We love bacon in our house. I grow many herbs here and have found a great new way to use my Rosemary (I have tons of it). I snip branches off of it and tie them in small bunches and hang them in my kitchen window. They act as a completely natural air freshener. When they are dry, I crumble them and crush some with the mortar and pestle. I sprinkle it over bacon when it is frying. Adds a great new taste to it. |
