Good Morning Everyone, I am sorry I have not been here lately. We have been fighting very high temperatures and trying to keep the house cool enough to offset the heat. I don't do so well in very hot weather, so little energy is left to do much of anything. I am having some problems that I hope will start improving soon so am not sure how much I can be here for a bit. I am sure thinking of how nice it would be to live in the mountains right now with the heat building up so quickly around here. lol I hope all of you have been surviving whatever weather you are having and I pray for those who are in the areas of flooding and terrible storms. I also pray for those who have been in the areas of the early very hot weather. My prayers go out to the families of the scouts who were killed in the storm in Iowa at the scout camp last night. I pray for everyone's safety and for the rains and storms to let up in the midwest so that the rivers won't go totally out of control and the farmers can get their crops in and have a good hardvest this year. Please keep everyone in your prayers. Fathers day is coming up Sunday and I hope that all Fathers here will have a great day surrounded by family and love. Happy Father's Day! Afternoon Everyone, I am fighting the opposite of Winds..its been so chilly here..its supposed to start warming up this weekend, so they tell us...We still have our funace running because at night it has gotten down to 39..with a high of 60 something during the day.This weekend we are supposed to get our air conditioners ready and up and running..I for one can't wait..I hate cold weather. The heat zaps my energy too Winds darn it . I guess we can't win for losing sometimes. I hope our male members have a wonder Father's Day weekend also. I can't believe its June already, and its almost half over. Have a wonderful day friends, post when you have time we would love to hear from you. |

Hi Pale, so good to see you. "Wow" You still have your furnace on??? Where do you live and can I come live with you???? .. can I ... can I..? LOL. That is awesome!!! I love cool weather. We have had some humidity and lots of rain. Tonight is in the low 60's and I love it. We have fans going trying to circulate some air. My wishes too that all dad's have a wonderful Father's Day. We'll be cooking on the smoker/grill so all are welcome. Hubby and #1 son are hungry for scallops and shrimp cooked in butter and garlic, some stakes and what ever else can be come up with..LOL. Hi Real, I live in Utah, today it was really warm and nice..like summer lol (for a change) Its been cold here what can I say..thats why the furnace is still running.
