The reason I haven't posted the Elders Meditaton is I don't get it all the time anymore..There system must be as sluggish as mine (joke)..
 
I will try to send it as often as I get it..

Thanks for posting the elder's meditation. I am sorry I didn't see this message before I left one on the meditation board for you.  I appreciate you taking the time to post the nice things you have been posting.  I really like them.  I did have to delete the original posting of the meditation today, but I put it back up without the pictures.  I hope I didn't upset you over it. 
Thanks again.. hugs.. you don't know how much I appreciate your work here.
