The sun is shining and the skies are blue on the first day of this brand new year. There is a feeling of newness and a promise of good things ahead! Let's lift up our eyes and thank God for this renewed feeling of hope. We''ve all had our trials and troubles in 2008, some much worse than others, but we all have this opportunity for a fresh start! Let's try our best to think positive thoughts. Let's not allow the negative thoughts to ruin our day. To paraphrase an old saying: We are what we think we are.

Well said its a new year and a new start boy it's freezing in England today -2 the weather guys have threatened -5 tomorow

Going to wrap up warm and go off to the gym before the snow comes brrr. On the positive side you get a new President. I was was very young when John Kennedy took office. But its exciting not only a new party in power but the first black president.
